 Grade IV Recruitment 2021 Details

1. Name of the Post: Peon

Number of Post: 01 (One) (STP) 

Educational Qualification 

 The candidate must have minimum qualification of VIII standard pass and those who have passed HSSLC or above shall bc ineligible to apply for the said posts.

2. Name of the Post: Chowkidar

Number of Post: 02 (Two) (UR:01, EWS:01) 

Educational Qualification 

 The candidate must have minimum qualification of VIII standard pass and those who have passed HSSLC or above shall bc ineligible to apply for the said posts.

3. Name of the Post:  Khansama

Number of Post: 01 (One) (UR) 

Educational Qualification 

 The candidate must have minimum qualification of VIII standard pass and those who have passed HSSLC or above shall bc ineligible to apply for the said posts.

4. Name of the Post:  Mali

Number of Post: 01 (One) (UR) 

Educational Qualification 

 The candidate must have minimum qualification of VIII standard pass and those who have passed HSSLC or above shall bc ineligible to apply for the said posts.

Age Limit 

The Candidates should not be less than l8 years and not more than 40 years of age as on 01.11.202 1. Age relaxation will be as per Govt. norms for reserved categories.

How to Apply for Grade IV Recruitment 2021

Applicants must submit the following documents/ testimonials along with the standard form of application as published in Assam Gazette in Part IX:-

# 3 (three) copies of recent and coloured and self attested photograph of recent passport size.
# Copy of the certificate of educational qualification.
# Caste Certificate (in case of reserved category candidates).
# Copy of Employment Exchange Registration Certificate (having the up-to-date validity).
# Copy of EWS certificate in case of application submitted under EWSs category.
# Copy of physically handicapped certificate.
# Proficiency Certificate in case of the candidates who will submit application for the post of Khansama and Mali as the posts are having the knowledge of (i) Cooking and (ii) Plantation/maintenance of garden/lawn respectively.

# The application must be submitted in an envelope with the superscription on the body of the envelop “Application for the post of Peon/ Khansama/ Mali/ Chowkidar in DC’s Office, Karimganj with the name and address and contact number of the candidates.
