🔷 What is Jibon Prerona Scheme 2025?

The Assam Jibon Prerona Scheme 2025 is a new initiative launched by the Chief Minister of Assam, Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, to provide financial support to unemployed graduates and research scholars of the state.

This scheme aims to encourage higher education, research, and self-reliance among Assam’s youth by offering a monthly stipend or one-time grant based on their qualification.

Must have passed graduation in 2025 from a Government College/University in Assam.
Must be currently unemployed (for graduate category).
Research scholars must be enrolled in a recognized State or Central University.
Divyang candidates must have a valid disability certificate.
Should not receive similar financial aid from other government schemes.
